Welcome to La Pointe Luxury Apartments. Please take a moment to read these house rules before you arrive. They help us keep the residence beautiful and peaceful for you and for every guest who follows.

Swimming Pool & Rooftop Pool

  • Pool hours are 8:00 to 20:00 daily.
  • There is no lifeguard on duty, guests swim at their own risk.
  • Children must always be supervised by an adult.
  • No diving, running or rough play.
  • Glass containers are not permitted at the pools.
  • Only the provided pool towels may be used at the pools, missing pool towels are charged at MUR 1,500 each.

Smoking

  • Smoking is not permitted inside apartments, on balconies or in any indoor communal area.
  • Designated outdoor smoking areas are near the refuse bins by the main entrance.
  • A violation incurs a fine of MUR 5,000 plus cleaning costs up to MUR 3,000.

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are 22:00 to 8:00.
  • Loud music, parties and disruptive behaviour are not permitted.
  • Noise complaints may result in fines from MUR 2,000 per incident.

Balcony & Rooftop Etiquette

  • Please do not hang towels or clothing on balcony railings or glass.
  • Keep balcony furniture within the apartment boundaries.
  • Activities causing a disturbance may incur fines of MUR 2,000.

Prohibited Items & Activities

  • No pets, a violation incurs a cleaning charge of MUR 5,000.
  • Illegal drugs or activities result in immediate eviction without refund and legal action.
  • No firearms or dangerous weapons on the property.

Waste & Recycling

  • Please use the provided bins for general waste and recycling, located near the main gate.
  • Dispose of waste regularly to avoid pests, and do not leave food exposed.

Security & Access

  • Always lock the apartment doors when it is unattended.
  • Safes are provided for valuables, management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Lost keys are charged at MUR 1,500 per key.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Please turn off lights, air conditioning and appliances when leaving the apartment.
  • Excessive energy or water use may incur additional charges.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is by 11:00.
  • Late check-out without approval is charged at MUR 1,000 per hour.

Guests & Visitors

  • All visitors must register at the security gate.
  • Unauthorised overnight visitors incur a penalty of MUR 5,000 per person.

Emergencies & Assistance

  • Police, ambulance and fire emergency number, 999 or 112.

Damages & Liabilities

  • Guests are liable for damage, replacements or additional cleaning.
  • Please report any damage to us immediately.
